Hyena in Petticoats

Hyena in Petticoats tells the story of Mary Wollstonecraft, 18th century British philosopher and revolutionary. A woman who was doing things that no man or woman in the world had done before, Mary fights for the chance to live freely and discover what it means to be a whole person in a society determined to box her in. As the world seems to tip off its axis with unprecedented political upheaval and reconstruction of society itself, Mary finds herself in the middle of the conflict, with the world, her fellow philosophers, and her own desires.
